Resistance Bands Therapy

Combine a resistance bands exercise routine with talk therapy to effectively regulate your stress:

  • A small amount of stress is known as the Normal Stress Zone. It actually motivates us to deal with the multiple challenges of everyday life; it signals our brain with just enough urgency to be productive. 

  • However, sometimes our lives presents us with more difficulties than we can comfortably manage; when this happens, we're no longer in the Normal Stress Zone, instead, we have entered the Unhealthy Stress Zone: It's unhealthy because it negatively affects us:
